About Us
Grilocapoeira is part of Escola Senzala, Rio de Janeiro.
Our teacher Flavio ‘Grilo’ has practised capoeira since the age of13 with Mestre Garrincha (BR) and Mestre Sorriso (FR).
After studying Physical education at PUC in Rio, he came to europe in the 1989.
Flavio ‘Grilo’ now has schools in Amsterdam, Leiden, Blaricum and Bremen (DE).
